Channel Update on Unifying Theory and a Little Rant
Thank you to my audience and all of you who have reached out and encouraged me (or are bugging me to add more content). Ultimately, my plans for jumping the gun on being a "RUclipsr" have derailed a bit, but my commitment to the content itself has not waivered.
I have had a great time getting to know a lot of different people through both the science enthusiast community, and in academia. It has boosted my confidence that we are on the right track, and the answers are all ready and waiting for someone to tie them all together.
As I mentioned in my video as well, my daughter/editor has been doing some her own work, which I encourage you to checkout here:

How Words Get Their Meaning, and How That Influences Your Thinking.

There have been a lot of underlying themes in my Words MADDER videos that I thought I should dedicate a video to covering directly. My goal with this series is to help people gain more control over their own "programming" and gain awareness of how language affects their thinking. Most of all, I want people to understand how easy it is for those who have power in society to use language to manip...

Stop Being Nice, Start Being Kind. A Words MADDER word battle!

Growing up, we are constantly told to "be nice." Ironically, this expression teaches us to tailor our behavior to external social expectations. I give Einstein all the respect he deserves as a bright mind. But how could I forget Newton?, or Archimedes? or Pythagoras? or Leonardo? (yes, that one!) or ... you get the idea. Then, it occurred to me that if "ONE IN A MILLION" human beings are extreme geniuses, then we have at least 8,000 LIVING GENIUSES as we speak. If we count the one in one hundred thousand intellects of superior reach, then we have 80,000 such people and if we go to the one in one thousand (not a hundred, but a thousand) then we reach the not shabby figure of EIGHT MILLION already superlative minds. ... So much for the theory of the "one" mind in a Century that changes the Universe, completely forgetting that we live in a "continuum" intellectual development and accumulation of knowledge. For example, I think you, Chris, are such a man. I can't wait for your Treatise on the question of Quantum Mechanics... Thank you for your insights.

    I think your videos are interesting. I think I'm pretty knowledgeable about physics, compared to the average person, but I'm not knowledgeable enough to analyze your ideas well enough to figure out if they are nonsense or not. I wish this channel would get the attention of someone who knows how to do that better than I can, like @lukasrafajpps has done for some other physics channels. You do seem to know your stuff, at least to the point where I don't think you're a complete crackpot like Terrence Howard. I'm sure there are bound to be flaws in your ideas though. I say that because even the Einsteins of the world made mistakes, and benefited from having other scientists scrutinize his theories and sometimes they even proved him wrong. Even if your ideas turned out to be wildly wrong, they are different enough, that it would be very informative to have someone explain why. I get what you're saying about the system of gatekeeping for ideas to be taken seriously. The Terrence Howards of the world show why it is necessary to have some form of gatekeeping. There are genuinely crackpots who are completely clueless, but don't realize it, and there does need to be a way to filter these people out. I also think in the information age that knowledge is freely available to people who have not gone down a traditional academic route, and there is the potential for people outside of that system to have good ideas. They won't have the same guidance as in an academic route, which could be a double edged sword. They are free to blaze their own path, but are also more likely to get lost. I'm not really sure what the solution is for opening up science to more people but still filtering the crackpots out

    Einsteinian gravity's predictions match observations better than Newtonian gravity's predictions. Similarly, the standard model - imperfect as it is - has better predictive power than any alternative explanations. While your ideas are interesting and compelling, unless your ideas result in more accurate predictions some aspect (or aspects) of reality than general relativity or quantum mechanics, then your ideas will simply remain fringe curiosities and not become a generally accepted scientific theory. The current academic system - again, imperfect as it is - is the best approach humanity has found for advancing knowledge. If you look closely, you'll find that no one's ideas are ignored if (and only if) they can demonstrate that their ideas have greater predictive power than the ideas in textbooks.

    • @ChrisTheBrain
      @ChrisTheBrain День назад

      I certainly agree that is the standard for science and my goal. (Just a note, my theory rules out wormholes and time travel, so far so good. Although, negatives make for poor predictions) I don't think that standard is applied equally as I see plenty of "meritless" and outright misleading papers get lots of coverage, while I got a stack of dusty academic papers (not mine) in my research pile that meet that standard quite well and just went without much attention. Look at how much attention string theory has gotten. That said, my current issue is not a lack of predictions/experiments but rather the cost of them. So, the next goal is cheaper experiments.

    • @neil3488
      @neil3488 День назад

      @@ChrisTheBrain Thanks for replying. I have really enjoyed your videos and I generally agree with your arguments. The light compass is very cool. I hope that experiment is carried out, although I imagine that this is still an expensive experiment given the precision required. Research in string theory was necessary; perhaps, physicists have persisted with string theory for too long. However, my point is a "grand prediction" that is subsequently supported by new evidence is needed to cause a paradigm shift in science. Quantum mechanics can't be dismissed without that occurring. Anyway, I'm looking forward to your next video! Best wishes.

While trained as an engineering person to the MS level, and all my professional life having worked in the engineering field, I am also a biblical Christian, and thus I have come to understand and know that the Universe was created about 6000 years ago (rounding) in a series of six days (24 hours rounding). Recall, I am not a history or arts or commerce major, and so I KNOW WHAT science entails and requires TO BE science, and what its limits are. I say this because there are reasons Gravity and QM will not ever be fully unified SUCH THAT we can have a ToE. While there can be some effects of gravity on QM, I am unable to see HOW the reverse is even possible. There is ONE and ONLY ONE reason people. nearly doggedly, want to make the two be unified. Let me share my perspective, and then, if you're comfortable, I can hear yours. So one times one means you have one row and one column of something. Let's imagine a farmer grouping their cattle off with fences for this thought experiment, and they put one sheep/cow/goat/whatever per area. Let's say within this grouping they had two rows of cattle, and two columns of cattle. If we count that up into total, we would get four animals. Let me demonstrate below, with "O" representing an animal. This is what it would look like: O O O O As you see, it has two rows, two columns, and four animals altogether. Let's say they had three rows, and three columns. Counting that up, we would see they have nine animals, no more, no less. This is what it would look like: O O O O O O O O O That's what multiplication means. So if they had one row, and one column of cattle, you'd count and see there's only one animal. It would just be this: O There's one row, and one column. If we added a second animal, there would be another row, or another column. I hope this information has helped: Bonus: What happens when you multiply by zero? Well, lets say we have one row, and zero columns of animals. So I'd start out by drawing one row, but then when I would draw the column I realized I drew too many, and I'd have to erase all columns. This would leave me with nothing (the drawing of such is below). I hope this has helped!

      The flat earthers are a problem indeed. I think this is why I deleted that segment from this video, I do believe that "quick filter" exists (or at least "efficient filter") but I haven't quite the right words or criteria. With flat earthers, and most conspiracy theorists, I would just say that it is apparent they have no self-examination or accountability. They do a lot "of work" but they never question their assumptions. They just rabidly pursue the things that reinforce their conclusions. I would say "the work" includes questioning one's own assumptions. That also brings me to the "worldview" problem. Behind most flat earth passions lies a radical religious ideology so incompatible with reality that they have to create their own version of it. BUT, many in academia hold onto old ideas as well because they are too comforted by the "Big Bang" theory which let's them think we have solved "everything." It's a religion for the fragile atheists as well. So, I've come full circle here and just left with the fact that we, as human beings, are always in constant struggle between reason and delusion.

His basic illusion is the postulate of the equivalence of acceleration and gravity. Once you understand this flaw you will release and move on to better things such as the scalar waves which, incidentally, resolves/relates time and gravitation and energy. What helps are the advances Vik Grebennikov made with real results. The theories are okay but they can be challenged by just another theory, and another, and... Once you see what Grebennikov has done you will not need the theory. Good luck.

I have a video exclaimig 1/27 to be the 3D rate of gravity , and i truly believe in the concepts at hand but im weighed down by lack of proper professional physics communication and education. Alot of the stuff you have especially about c not being the speed of light but of evolution i think connects. Thank you if you read this man!

      You should check out @ArchMic44660667 and @Cure_The_CDC on X (Twitter). Nice guys, chasing similar rabbits. See if anything they got "clicks" for you, and feel free to reach out. I stay in touch, but they are more active.

      @@ChrisTheBrain wow thank you so much for responding. Yeah the constants I can't get out of my head. Especially Koide's Equation turning out the way it does while using 1/4 as the 2D rate and 1/27 as the 3D rate. Once again thanks for even reading and responding
